When the mind and body are rebalanced, the body is in a state of 'homeostasis' - a state of stable physiological equilibrium. Our hormones (the body's chemicals) do what they should be doing without interference so the body is allowed to do what it does best, if only we let it. To be healthy, fit and clear-headed.
