Now you're talking. We offer day or overnight retreats at various locations. These can be tailor made to your requirements, or individuals can book themselves directly with us on our pop up retreats.
Day retreats usually take the form of body conditioning Pilates (all levels), healthy food demos (e.g. raw food chocolate making, energy balls, etc), wellbeing talks, mindful lunchtime walk, healthy lunch, creative activity, pampering and closing with candlelit pilates, relaxation masks to finish, and obligatory goodie bag. However, none of our days are set in stone and, just like people, are never the same. Always client led.
We have organised many events, team building, art therapies, lifestyle workshops, outdoor drafts, guided forest walks. Please call for more information or with your ideas for us to arrange.
